Mr. De Caro has been a partner in the law firm of De Caro & De Caro, P.C. since 1989. He specializes in the trials of general negligence, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice matters. In addition, he takes an active role in the firm's transactional work. Formerly an arbitrator for the City of White Plains City Court, Mr. De Caro currently serves as a member of the City of Rye Planning Commission. Previously employed by L & H Abstract Corporation, which is presently a division of First American Title Insurance Company, he closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions. Mr. De Caro is the Leader of the Rye City Republican Party.

Mr. De Caro has closed numerous residential real estate transactions as well. Mr. De Caro served as a New York State City Court Judge for the City of Rye for seventeen years. Practicing law concurrently during his term as Judge, Mr. De Caro was an active trial attorney with the firm of Lombardi & De Caro. Prior to his tenure on the bench, he was the attorney of record and Chief Trial Counsel for the Allstate Insurance Company under the firm name of Flood & De Caro.
